Key Responsibilities: Develop and write compelling proposals, including budget drafting and strategic evaluation Manage the contract process, including negotiation and compliance oversight Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide training/mentoring Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience Demonstrable experience in proposals and contracts management or pricing development Solid experience in a similar role within a fast-paced matrix organization Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Fluency in English
