A company is looking for a Provider Service Representative - National Remote. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls from providers and identify the type of assistance needed Document required information in computer systems while actively listening to provider inquiries Resolve issues in real-time or through timely follow-up, ensuring clear communication with members and providers Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED or equivalent working experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of experience in a related environment using phones and computers Proficiency with Windows PCs and ability to navigate multiple programs Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) including flexibility for overtime and weekends as needed
