A company is looking for a Public Sector Team Manager. Key Responsibilities Manage Account Managers and Public Sector programs to maximize sales growth and customer retention Target Public Sector opportunities to ensure market penetration aligned with company strategy Develop and implement strategic sales growth plans in collaboration with upper management Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent experience Minimum of five years in industrial/manufacturing sales, including two years in sales management Relevant military experience is a plus Experience in developing individual contributors and future leaders Extensive experience working cross-functionally in large organizations
