Key Responsibilities Handle Operation's email communication and escalations Ensure the QC Pre-Funding Team is organized and running smoothly Assist QC Manager with various duties and projects, including QC reporting and auditor training Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Quality Control experience within the Mortgage Industry, or 5 years of Mortgage Underwriting experience, or 2 years as a Quality Control Team Lead or Supervisor/Manager Knowledge of all Agency Guidelines (FHA, VA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, USDA, etc.) High school diploma or equivalent; college degree helpful but not required Technologically proficient in various software applications, with advanced MS Excel experience Ability to work with limited supervision
