A company is looking for a Quality & Change Control Project Lead. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a change control framework and maintain quality documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all materials are current and accurate Identify process improvements and support training related to changes in procedures Required Qualifications Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Management, Business, Finance/Accounting, or Training/Education Minimum of 6+ years of experience in developing training documentation and materials Experience in commercial servicing, banking, or financial services is preferred Knowledge of banking products/services and processing operations is preferred Training/educational experience and/or certifications are preferred
