Provider Accounts Advisor
A company is looking for a Provider Accounts Advisor to assist with market analysis and provider performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Program Team to address client escalations regarding coverage and capacity Generate and distribute provider performance reports and market summaries Work with large data sets to implement automated solutions for key performance indicators Required Qualifications 3 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation to stakeholders 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics, or 3 years of customer service experience in lieu of a degree Ability to work independently and in a team environment Results-driven with strong organizational and time management skills
