RCM Technical Support Specialist
A company is looking for an RCM Technical Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and comprehensive EDI and technical support to channel partners and DSOs
Act as a point of escalation for issues, researching, resolving, and documenting them effectively
Nurture professional relationships with channel partners and DSO clients to encourage referrals and business growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
2 or more years of experience in dental RCM and EDI
Proficient in all MS Office applications and internet use
Working knowledge of technical and procedural aspects and functions
Ability to multitask accurately in a fast-paced environment
