A company is looking for a Real Estate Sales Representative to drive sales and build relationships in the real estate market. Key Responsibilities Manage partnerships with top-performing brokerages and coach agents on products to drive sales Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and inform future business opportunities Execute cross-functional alignment of goals and facilitate contract negotiations with the internal executive team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in a consultative sales environment Strong preference for experience in residential real estate Proven ability to build meaningful relationships and trust through competency Desire to work in a start-up environment and be comfortable with ambiguity Preferred intrinsic understanding of the real estate market and high-performing agents
