Recruiter for Business Development

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Send outbound messages and conduct pre-screening calls to engage prospective recruits
Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates to the team

Expectation to send 20+ messages a day and hold 4-5 scheduled recruiting calls
