Regional Sales VP
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales for the Great Lakes Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients to drive sales
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed objectives
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or employee benefits
Proven track record of managing regional territories and exceeding sales targets
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for sales management
Strong background in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
