Key Responsibilities Responds to escalated member calls from various departments and provides quality service Assists the Accounting Department with inquiries and trains coworkers to enhance self-sufficiency Researches and resolves member issues while complying with internal guidelines and external regulations Required Qualifications 3-5 years of customer service or related experience At least 6 months of Service Help Desk experience or 18 months of relevant experience High school diploma required Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Symitar Must meet all expectations of an Agent 3
