Key Responsibilities Administer comprehensive training and continuous education for Care Pros, ensuring compliance with state regulations Manage performance evaluations and support ongoing competency development to promote quality of care Oversee the onboarding process and maintain documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence Required Qualifications Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an acute care setting preferred Experience in training and evaluation of care providers or precepting Strong understanding of regulatory standards and ability to maintain compliance Willingness to work from main offices and travel to client homes as needed
