Registered Nurse Training Specialist
A company is looking for an Ops-UM Training Specialist, specializing in Utilization Management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the UM training curriculum and comprehensive training programs for clinical staff
Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and improve UM processes
Design and implement training content using various learning modalities and track training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) certification from an accredited nursing program and current active RN license
Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience and at least 4 years in Utilization Management
2+ years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in a healthcare environment
Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
Experience with learning management software and training tools
