Regulatory Affairs Specialist II
A company is looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist II to join their Compliance Department.
Key Responsibilities
Support and participate in the development of statutory, contractual, and regulatory filings and reporting
Organize and implement new requirements while maintaining policies and procedures
Assist with administrative functions of the Regulatory Affairs Unit and perform other assigned duties
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Policy, Health Care Planning, or a related field
Minimum of three years of government relations or compliance experience (a Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience)
Knowledge of state and federal legislative and regulatory processes
Experience with research, analysis, and reporting methods
Familiarity with Medi-Cal, Medicare Advantage, or D-SNP programs and related regulations
