Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor a non-performing real estate collateralized commercial loan portfolio Develop, train, and supervise a team of Asset Resolution Analysts Develop and implement collection, loss mitigation, and recovery strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent from a U.S. college/university preferred) Paralegal Certificate (or equivalent preferred) Working knowledge of U.S. federal and state collection/foreclosure/bankruptcy laws Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
