Remote Bankruptcy Paralegal
A company is looking for a Virtual Bankruptcy Paralegal. Key Responsibilities: Draft and file Chapter 11, 7, and 13 bankruptcy petitions, schedules, and related documents Prepare for and support hearings, including 341 Meetings of Creditors Communicate with clients, courts, and creditors to gather and manage case information Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 3+ years of recent Bankruptcy paralegal experience, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Experience with Chapter 11 is strongly preferred 3+ years working remotely in a law firm or legal services environment Skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and case management software (e.g., Clio)
