Remote Call Center Agent
A company is looking for a Virtual Call Center Agent. Key Responsibilities Field calls from prospective clients in a timely and friendly manner Encourage appointment scheduling and ensure client satisfaction utilizing established call scripts Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls and provide feedback to management for operational improvements Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior veterinary experience and/or prior call center experience in a medical setting is preferred Ability to work remotely and productively, as part of a team Availability to work 30-40 hours a week from home with a high-quality internet connection Passion for pets and client experience
