Key Responsibilities Handle a large volume of incoming customer inquiries and provide support for the MyChart Patient Portal Navigate Electronic Medical Records (EPIC) to assist with patient inquiries and maintain data accuracy Support hospital marketing efforts through referrals and registration for services and events Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED No prior experience required Ability to manage high volumes of customer contacts effectively Commitment to maintaining patient privacy and security as per HIPAA guidelines Must reside within the Greater St. Louis area
