A company is looking for a Clinical Research Manager in General Internal Medicine. Key Responsibilities Review and implement new research studies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Oversee ongoing research studies, ensuring quality assurance and financial management Participate in staff selection and training, and maintain collaborative relationships with other units Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or higher 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 4 years with a Master's Degree, or 3 years with a PhD Management experience is required Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR AED certifications may be required Prior experience in a clinical research mentoring program is preferred
