Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, chats, and/or emails Provide outstanding customer service and conduct outreach communications Document call information and escalate issues as necessary Required Qualifications 2 years of customer service experience 1 year of experience in a call center environment 6 months of experience in Utilities or Health & Public Services High School Diploma or GED Proficiency with computers and data entry experience
