A company is looking for a VP of Compliance to oversee its Governance, Risk, and Compliance program. Key Responsibilities Lead the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) program, including annual risk assessments and information Security Management Committee meetings Develop and maintain the annual compliance plan and Incident Response process, ensuring alignment with executive leadership Design, implement, and lead compliance training for employees while managing vendor compliance requirements and security audits Required Qualifications Significant experience in developing security and regulatory compliance frameworks, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001 Expertise in information security practices and risk management Experience with AWS ecosystem and ability to learn quickly Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead discussions with diverse groups Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships and maintain high performance standards
