A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers. Key Responsibilities Facilitate onboarding and training programs, including new hire orientation Manage HRIS data accuracy and maintain employee records Support performance management processes and employee relations inquiries Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR or related field 3+ years of HR Generalist experience Proficient with HRIS systems, preferably Ceridian Dayforce Experience with learning management systems and training facilitation Strong knowledge of HR policies and multi-state laws and regulations
