Remote HRIS Specialist
A company is looking for a Remote HRIS Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain data security standards within the HRIS Process employee data changes and troubleshoot system issues while supporting HRIS-enabled processes Conduct data audits and assist with payroll, reporting, and HRIS project tasks Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3+ years of experience in HRIS or a similar role, with HCM experience preferred Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity Strong organizational and multitasking skills
