Senior Provider Relations Consultant
A company is looking for a Senior Provider Relations Consultant, BH Network Strategy. Key Responsibilities: Manage relationships with behavioral health providers and facilitate effective business interactions Resolve complex contractual and member/provider issues through collaboration with internal departments Train and mentor Provider Relations Consultants and assist in developing training materials Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in a managed care or healthcare environment, preferably with Behavioral Health providers Experience with Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies Knowledge of provider coding and billing practices for behavioral health services Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate a complex matrix environment
