Key Responsibilities
Co-lead a team of remote InRide Specialists to deliver exceptional community support
Conduct weekly 1:1s with team members, managing metrics and providing feedback
Own training and quality assurance, monitoring team performance and operational improvements
Required Qualifications
Experience managing a team and tracking performance metrics
Basic Excel skills with a desire to learn data utilization for performance management
Ability to maintain safety as a priority and remain calm under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Open to feedback and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
