Remote IT Service Desk Technician
A company is looking for a Remote IT Service Desk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues via telephone and remote tools
Utilize the IT Service Desk ticketing system for managing user requests and tracking resolutions
Create knowledge-based articles to assist users and technicians in troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with hardware support, application issues, and IT security best practices
Intermediate troubleshooting skills for hardware and software, including Microsoft Windows and Office 365
Intermediate networking skills and familiarity with printers, VPN, and telephone systems
Willingness to work occasional after-hours, weekends, and holidays
Current CompTIA or HDI certification preferred
