A company is looking for a Mortgage Collector to join their team on a fully remote basis. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of delinquent mortgage accounts and initiate collection efforts Conduct outbound and inbound calls to collect past-due payments and resolve delinquencies Accurately document all collection activities in the loan servicing system Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage collections is required Work in Eastern Time Zone Familiarity with mortgage servicing systems and default processes Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting performance goals Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online communication tools
