A company is looking for a Resource Management & Procurement Director to lead and optimize their global supply chain and resource strategy. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a resource management and procurement strategy aligned with business objectives Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee vendor selection and performance evaluation processes Collaborate with teams to forecast resource needs and implement procurement best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's preferred) Minimum of 7 years of experience in resource management or procurement, preferably in the translation/localization industry Proven experience in negotiating and managing vendor contracts Strong understanding of linguistic services and translation technologies Proficiency in procurement and resource management software tools
