Senior CRM Manager
A company is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to lead email and SMS operations and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a CRM acquisition strategy to drive customer engagement and product marketing effectiveness
Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns to support conversion and upsell opportunities
Analyze customer behavior with insights from data science teams to improve audience segmentation and marketing automation
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM systems
Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and inbox deliverability best practices
Basic HTML skills for email template modifications
Intermediate knowledge of business intelligence & analytics tools
Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses is preferred
