A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Strategic Service Associate to support revenue cycle operations in cardiology practices. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for technical vendor relationships and oversee vendor integrations and workflow optimizations Ensure compliance with payer contracts, participate in audits, and develop action plans for negative trends Monitor and maintain RCM key performance indicators to improve patient experiences and financial performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management or process management Knowledge of medical billing and healthcare business processes Understanding of medical billing/coding and various insurance carriers Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
