Revenue Cycle Training Manager
A company is looking for a Manager, Revenue Cycle Learning & Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements training programs to enhance job performance and continuous improvement in the revenue cycle
Gathers data to evaluate training outcomes and maintains collaborative relationships with leadership and stakeholders
Supervises a team of learning specialists, overseeing hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience is required
Master's Degree is preferred
Five years of healthcare operations experience is required
One year of leadership experience is preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end Revenue Cycle operations, systems, metrics, and analytics is required
