Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute revenue growth strategies in collaboration with the GTM leadership team
Optimize sales and marketing processes to improve efficiency and revenue performance
Implement and manage automation tools to streamline operations and ensure data integrity
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or strategy consulting in a B2B SaaS environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and GTM tooling (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
Experience in building and managing business intelligence reporting and dashboards
Strong change agent with the ability to drive change across the organization
Preferred familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry or vertical-specific SaaS
