Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation of change management and ITSM processes for ISO27001 certification
Lead the change management procedure and ensure proper documentation and execution of changes
Align reporting and problem management procedures with certification requirements and conduct reviews
Required Qualifications
Expertise in change management and ITIL processes
Experience with Incident, Request, Problem, and Configuration Management
Ability to create comprehensive process documentation
Proficiency in both German and English (written and spoken)
Experience in reporting and analytics related to ITSM metrics
