Revenue Operations Lead
A company is looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to oversee and align Go-To-Market Operations teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee and align Sales and Marketing Operations to achieve shared revenue goals Establish and monitor key revenue performance metrics for accurate forecasting Develop and implement processes to optimize the revenue cycle from lead generation to deal closure Required Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations in a tech company Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes with a proven track record of improvements Experience managing incentive programs and GTM performance metrics Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Hubspot Experience managing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals
