Outbound Coordinator

A company is looking for an Outbound Coordinator to manage tasks within the Outbound team and fulfill interpretation requests. Key Responsibilities Maintain high levels of customer service while assisting clients and interpreters through various communication channels Accurately process information to fulfill interpretation requests and assign appropriate interpreters Ensure timely follow-ups and updates to clients and interpreters Required Qualifications Contact center experience with proficiency in high-volume outbound calling Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type 30 wpm Basic interest in foreign cultures; knowledge of foreign languages is a plus A desire to learn and take on new challenges within the organization
