Senior Employee Relations Advisor
A company is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join their HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and counsel on employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution
Recommend and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws
Manage the offboarding process and support HR operations including data management and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and operations
In-depth knowledge of US federal and state employment laws
Experience working in international organizations and collaborating across cultures
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and establish trust with stakeholders
