SaaS Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Drive customer adoption and retention through data analysis and proactive engagement
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance revenue while managing a sales quota
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer needs and improve service delivery
Qualifications:
2+ years in a SaaS account management, customer support, or customer success role
Experience with WMS Systems or Warehousing
Proven track record in customer retention and growth
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering, Communications, Philosophy, or a related field
Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively
