Key Responsibilities
Facilitate training sessions and maintain training documentation for clients and employees

Required Qualifications
2+ years of relevant customer experience
2+ years of training experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects effectively
