Key Responsibilities
Own the full-cycle recruiting process for sales and GTM roles, from sourcing to offer stage
Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Proactively source and engage passive candidates using various sourcing techniques
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in Lead Generation, MarTech, or AdTech industries
Proven ability to quickly hire quota-carrying sales professionals
Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other techniques
Understanding of sales processes, commission structures, and performance metrics
Experience working in a remote-first, fast-paced, high-growth environment
