Sales Compensation Analyst
A company is looking for a Sales Commission Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end processing of sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate payouts
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to support the rollout of new compensation plans and address compensation-related inquiries
Analyze commission data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize commission plans
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, or a related field
3 - 5 years of experience in US sales compensation
Skilled in Excel and data analysis tools (VLOOKUP, IFs, Macros)
Familiarity with Salesforce
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
