Sales Development Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of SDRs while planning for continued headcount growth
Establish and refine scalable processes for outbound prospecting and qualification
Partner with Account Executives and sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in sales or business development, including 1-2 years in a management role
Experience building or scaling high-performing SDR or BDR teams in tech environments
Strong understanding of outbound prospecting to technical and enterprise personas
Skilled in sales metrics, CRM/reporting tools, and modern outreach techniques
