Sales Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Create reports, dashboards, and analytics to track key performance indicators across various departments
Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team, resolving issues efficiently
Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the deal cycle
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project/program management in a SaaS or Financial Planning & Analytics role
Strong quantitative capabilities and a passion for analytics
Experience with the Salesforce platform and Salesforce reporting
High proficiency in Excel
Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation
