Sales Operations Business Partner
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Operations Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the documentation and maintenance of sales processes, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
Provide training and support for sales tools, particularly Salesforce, while standardizing reporting and data quality
Analyze data to identify trends, offer insights to sales leadership, and support sales forecasts and pipeline management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Operations, including 2 years managing complex sales programs
Hands-on experience with sales technology and implementing new tools
Salesforce administrator certification preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills with a solid understanding of sales processes
