COBRA Client Service Manager
A company is looking for a COBRA Client Service Manager, remote nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary client contact for operational service and issue resolution
Provide operational metrics, status updates, and service level reporting
Manage ongoing program reviews, support during renewals, and facilitate training for clients and team members
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or higher
2+ years of account management experience
2+ years of experience with Benefits or COBRA Administration
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
