Sales Transformation Leader
A company is looking for a Head of Sales & Success Transformation to lead strategic initiatives for modernizing and scaling their enterprise sales engine.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and rollout of transformation programs across Field Sales, Solution Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams
Analyze performance data to identify go-to-market pain points and opportunities
Drive alignment across various teams to ensure effective implementation of transformation programs
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in sales transformation, management consulting, or strategy/operations roles within B2B software
Proven success in leading large-scale, cross-functional go-to-market transformation initiatives
High analytical fluency with proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, or equivalent tools
Demonstrated ability to influence across functions and lead in matrixed organizations
MBA or equivalent strategic training is preferred
