A company is looking for a Seasonal Intake Specialist to assist in a critical business program. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, emails, and faxes from healthcare providers Provide exemplary customer service and resolve issues on the first interaction Collect and gather necessary information for clinical review in a timely manner Required Qualifications Experience in a contact center/production environment (2 years required) Customer service experience (3 years preferred) Healthcare experience or roles such as medical assistant preferred High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred Must pass a criminal background check
