A company is looking for a Seasonal Operations Support Specialist to assist the Operations Supply Chain team during peak season. Key Responsibilities Monitor exceptions reporting and communicate anomalies to the Senior Manager, Operations-Strategic Accounts Enter and manage data into Salesforce, supporting daily case management operations Assist with various administrative tasks, including documentation, data collection, and reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software Ability to work with large datasets and analyze complex data Experience with Salesforce is preferred, not required Seasonal position from May through September
