A company is looking for a NESD BMC Remedy/Helix Developer with a Secret clearance required for remote work. Key Responsibilities Coordinate, research, design, develop, and test BMC Helix/Remedy software and integrated interfaces Manage multiple projects including customer onboarding, data analysis, and service improvement initiatives Document requirements, implementation plans, and participate in sprint planning and technical reviews Required Qualifications BS degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of BMC Remedy/Helix developer experience with specific knowledge of BMC Accredited Administrator and AWS GovCloud Expertise in ITSM applications and customization of ITSM workflows Experience in Agile project methodology Must possess a Secret clearance and obtain Security+ certification within 3 months of start
