Key Responsibilities Coordinate, research, design, develop, and test BMC Helix/Remedy software and integrated interfaces Manage customer onboarding, project requirements, and documentation while minimizing customization Participate in sprint planning, on-call rotation, and maintain system integrity through configuration control practices Required Qualifications BS degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience as a BMC Remedy/Helix developer Expertise in BMC Remedy version 20.x or higher and ITIL methodologies Experience with Agile project methodology and system interfaces Must have a Secret clearance and obtain Security+ certification within 3 months of start
