Securitization Associate
A company is looking for an Associate, Securitization. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support RMBS deal execution, including data preparation and due diligence Evaluate loan-level characteristics for optimal collateral pool construction and analyze performance metrics Assist in securitization structuring through cash flow modeling and deal sizing, while managing deliverables and timelines Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field 2+ years of experience in investment analysis, portfolio management, or securitization Preferred experience in securitization and structured finance, particularly with investment banks or credit rating agencies Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills Familiarity with Intex, SQL, or Python is preferred
